Applying a New Layout

You can change how entries are displayed in MultiTerm Online by choosing a different layout from the list in the lower MultiTerm Online toolbar in the Terms view. This can change which fields are displayed in each entry and what kind of formatting is applied to field labels, field content and cross-reference or hyperlink text.

To apply a new layout:

  1. Go to the Terms view.

  2. On the lower MultiTerm Online toolbar, select the required layout from the layout drop-down list to apply the layout and to update the display of terminology data in the entry pane.
