Recognizing Duplicate Terms

When you add or edit a language field, SDL MultiTerm Online checks whether the term already exists in another entry in the termbase. If the same term already exists in another entry, SDL MultiTerm Online asks if you want to merge the two entries.

NOTE

You can use the Duplicate Filters option on the Termbase Management view to search for all duplicate entries in your default termbase source language or all duplicate entries where the target terms of the duplicate entry are not the same.
